Both 24HourAnswers and TutorBird have the ability to import students in bulk. Both platforms also allow you to add information about the student or family. What really differs in our opinion is how messaging is actually handled on our platform. With TutorBird you can read email and SMS messages whereas on 24HourAnswers messaging takes place on the platform. This gives students and tutors the ability to centralize communication and share attachments seemlessly.
With this in mind it may be more preferential for many users to opt out of email or SMS, so they can reduce notifications.
Email & SMS
24HourAnswers and TutorBird offer Email & SMS templates for you to use with your students. Our templates include reminders for lessons, promotions, refunds, cancellations, group emails and more. We also have admin related emails for you to see multiple payment attempts, requests from new students, alerts for tutors if their student has requested a refund, etc.

Need a website? You’re in luck! Both 24HourAnswers and TutorBird have website builders so you can have your website. We created SEO and mobile friendly templates so you can focus on tutoring and less on admin related items. Customer Support
Like TutorBird, we really value customer support which is why we extend live customer support to students and not just tutors.
